The room was spacious and offered great value for the price. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to two JR stations. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

The food for breakfast could have been more varied or had more options.

The room was luxurious, neat with 2 single beds for 2 pax and sofa-bed, for example, I was pleased. The staff were courteous and pleasant all the time.

Good standard and reliable hotel located in a shopping area just off a coffee shop which was perfect to start the day, other tourist attractions, and convenience stores and great restraints. Satisfactory breakfast with a wide range of great foods.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting because it provides meeting rooms for events. The meeting rooms were well-equipped and provided a professional setting for our discussions.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a business center. Having access to a business center would have been convenient for printing documents and conducting last-minute research.

We had 6 sunny days here, can recommend the place. The venue was absolutely fantastic, we enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable just off shopping places such as Dotonbori, Kuroumon, Shinseibashi and Rinku Town as well as Osaka Castle, 

The bathrooms in all the guest rooms have natural hot spring water, which is absolutely amazing. It feels so refreshing and rejuvenating after a long day of work. I just love how they provide this unique experience for their guests. 

We loved the amazing view of the Imperial Palace from our room, the super comfortable beds, and the convenient location near the train station. The hotel also had great facilities, including wifi in the room, a spa 

Convenient location - right across from JR Fukushima station, with plenty of eateries nearby. Friendly and English-speaking staff ensured a pleasant stay. Clean non-smoking room with no residual smell. Easy access to Osaka Airport. Will definitely consider staying again.
